The prices in the Menda-ID Online Catalog supercede all previous prices and may change without notice. All prices are Net and are subject to the following terms:

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: Shipments are FOB Factory. Order may ship from multiple FOB points. Freight charges for credit card orders are estimated. NOTE: The estimated shipping costs do not necessarily represent the carrier's published rates and may include additional charges levied by the merchant. Freight charges for open accounts are prepaid and added to the invoice. Items too large or too heavy for UPS delivery are shipped by truck.

SHIPPING POINTS: Your order may ship from more than one location. Request a confirmation of your order to see the FOB points for the items on your order.

INSURING YOUR SHIPMENT: You are responsible for your shipment once it leaves the F.O.B. point. We recommend that you insure all shipments, especially those with fragile items. The cost to insure a UPS shipment is minimal. Call or email Customer Service for more information. The buyer is responsible for uninsured lost or damaged shipments.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash-with-order, MasterCard/Visa/ Discover/American Express are accepted. Open accounts are set upon verification of credit. Open account terms are Net 30. Early payment discounts may also be offered to specific customers who have demonstrated their willingness to pay such discounts within specific time limits. This will be offered only on specific invoices, is solely at the discretion of Menda-ID.com, and may be withdrawn, if offered, without notice. Checks must be payable through a US bank in US dollars. Payments by wire transfer are subject to a $15 bank service charge. Credit card payments will be charged on invoice date.  Payments made by credit card will not qualify for early payment discounts.  Credit card payments accepted after date of invoice are subject to a 5% service charge.

SAME DAY GUARANTEED SHIPMENT SERVICE: Most shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock you will be advised of the anticipated delivery date. If you need guaranteed shipment the same day there is a service fee of $10.00.

SPECIAL MANUFACTURED ITEMS are available on a per-order basis only.  Contact customer service for applicable minimum quantity and order amount. First article approval is required.  Actual quantity shipped and invoiced may be +/- 10%.  Special manufactured items are not returnable for credit.

CLAIMS: Claims for short shipments will be considered when submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Filing claims to the carrier for damaged or lost shipments is the responsibility of the buyer.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you want to return a purchased item for any reason, just contact customer service and receive a Return Material Authorization [RMA] number that must appear on carton and paperwork. Return product along with proof of purchase. Returned items must be defect free and in a re-sellable condition and be returned within 30 days of purchase. No product can be returned or credit issued for products after 30 days of purchase. A credit will be issued that can be used towards the purchase of any Menda-ID.com item after deducting a restock charge of 10% of the total ($25 minimum) which will be automatically deducted from each RMA credit issued to cover the handling cost. The restock charge will not apply to defective or demo merchandise.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: All returns to Menda must be approved in advance. Call or fax Menda-ID.com for an RMA (Returned Merchandise charge may apply. Training products must be returned in their unopened original packaging.

CERTIFICATION: Certificates of Conformance to Menda drawings and specifications will be included at no charge if requested when an order is placed.

We make every effort to see to it that our products are of the highest quality and meet all appropriate recognized industry standards. All statements, technical data, and recommendations contained herein are based upon tests we believe to be reliable. However, the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless embodied in a written agreement signed by authorized officers of Desco Industries, Inc.
